Our first Screwball show of PIF is done! It was a great time. We saw into the life of Joe, a tailor whose life seemed charmed, even though he lost his job in the first scene. Throw in a dog, a dumb friend, a depressed bartender, a geriatric Mayor, a bedridden mother, a belligerent father, an independent lady love interest, a refined butler, a kid named Sparky, and a mousy secretary, and you’ve got our show.
Afterwards, we sold 3 shirts, and a guy gave us 80 DOLLARS towards our Edinburgh trip. Astounding.
We also saw a great double header of Confidence Men and I-Ron Cobra.
Also, we had fancy cheese-related sammiches at Farmstead, bought cool stuff from Craftland, and had icecream a few times.
Tomorrow we teach a Villainy workshop, and perform again at 9PM with Improv Jones.
